    Hey,
I added a site in google search console about 1 week ago, and verfied it to my wordpress.com by inserting meta code, but I all I see in the search console is "no data" in statics.

my website is verfied there I saw this message
Google systems show that you recently verified your site in Search Console (or created a site with Blogger or Google Sites which does this automatically)

    What am I missing?

If your site has little or no traffic it takes more time to get enough data to populate many of the reports. Double check your robots.txt and canonical URLs... make sure you aren't blocking access or crediting another website.

Also... if your navigation uses domain . com and you verified www . domain . com then you need to add and verify both... same goes for HTTP and HTTPS

Odds are you just need more time though.
