Hi guys & girls,

It's IMPOSSIBLE for us to get an answer from Facebook. It's been impossible for many weeks now.

When we connect our aged and good Profile to a business manager, and spends, it will ask for an ID.
We upload the ID which gets accepted by Facebook right away - however whenit asks for ID, the Business Manager will automatically close.

However when the ID is accepted, and we try to get the Business Manager open - Facebook never answers and opens up the Business Manager.

The Business Managers are bought and are verified.

This is getting reeeeeeeeeeeeeally frustrating.

Anyone also experiencing this?

I'd love to hear if anyone has resurrected and account from this, but my experience was that once you hit that point even when you do get on to someone they say "I checked with the team and unfortunately the decision is final."

So your account is probably toast, but your real problem now (at least that I experienced) is that each new Business Manager you create will suffer the same treatment, meaning you'll probably need to implement an antifingerprinting browser just the operate.

There was one guy I spoke to that reckons he can get them un-banned (apparently works at Facebook) but I never tested it.

Yes, it is happening to almost everyone. No solutions unfortunately unless you have a direct rep that is higher up in the FB food chain.

Thanks for the answers!

I see many people saying that FB are strict, due to the election right now. Could this be one of the reasons, that you don't get an answer from Facebook right now?

Lol - would love to have a Facebook employee that's high up in the chain - but i guess that's almost impossible to get.

You basically never get a reply from Facebook even normally.

One of the other big problems currently is their human slave vetting-farms in south Asia are dealing with covid, so they are defaulting to their AI/automation for flagging a lot more often- which seems to be a catastrophe across the board. Add in the US election and it's a nightmare.

i use sphere and the same exact thing is happening to me. a statment was released saying once the election is over everything will go back to normal. ive submitted 3 IDS and have gotten no response from facebook on any. eps if youre in the USA they do not want people posting ads about one specific president so theyre assuming everyones profile is bad...

Do you have a link to that statement - I'd be interested to read it...

I have lost 4 ID verified profiles since September. One is in review since 2nd of September. I don't think there's anything we can do but wait. Some of the profiles I had didn't even run ads yet and they got banned (advertising restriction)

after elections are over do out think they will stop asking for IDs guys? I used lots of my friends FBs now. BTW how can we use Fbs on the same computer after one gets baned? I heard that hanging the mac address on Mac will do just fine. Is that true?

what’s the best antifingerprinting browser to use? Can we not just set up new accounts on new user accounts/fresh IP?

Not easily.

Try Incognition (cheaper), and then if that doesn't work, Multilogin (expensive).
Make sure you use 4G IPs locally if operating on Facebook.
