I have no adobe content on my website, just plain ole html - why am I being asked to allow Adobe Flash to run when I visit my website?

    What would cause this?

Check the HTML, someone may have injected a flash object into your page.

Everything looks the same to me ... if someone did inject a flash object onto my page could I find it by just searching for "swf" on the webpage in the code?

It's most likely obfuscated javascript, so it would be a block of code that looks like:

    Code:
    <script>eval(atob(abdofajsdbg342bo3j2bo3j5b2o34j23o4...));</script>
If you want to PM me your HTML, I'll look.
