Man, the NLOSMM support team likes to get real bold and/or passive aggressive - for a team that is so often incompetent
I find that I have to do THEIR support work FOR them, just to get THEIR server side issues fixed
Case in point:
Another TWO orders have issues where they were marked complete but missing THOUSANDS of plays combined.
I make two tickets
One, I did the math for them (like I normally do) and laid out every crumb of info - to make things easier. I shouldn't have to do this, but the past experiences have shown me these people dont take as much time or care with these things.
Well, when I made the second ticket- I just told them how many plays were missing + gave a screenshot. I was too busy to write up every little detail for them to see their system errors. I felt I wouldn't need to do so, they must be even a LITTLE ept.
The FIRST order has started being fixed.
The SECOND one has had NO movement whatsoever
Even tho they were BOTH filed at the SAME time for the SAME service
So, knowing how sloppy the support team can be here and also being responsible - I reach out letting them know, this time providing all the other details they should already know, but appear to me to not be bothered.
I just wanted to get things moving along and make sure they didn't forget to add the other issue to their queue, like in the past.
Instead they just get passive aggressive snobby with me, mentioning they told me it could take up to 7 days for refills to start. I already knew this - I just messaged them because i found it strange only 1 of 2 orders started, and not the other. I've had many sloppy experiences with their team, so I'm just trying to be on the ball.
At least their lite snobby response isn't as bad as some of their past "support" where they were downright RUDE in very blatant ways.
I guess their egos are bigger than their brains.
I've done alot of business with this panel before, because when their services work - they work great. Most of them.
But very often there are issues, and I've found it easier to send messages and DOUBLE CHECK in order to save time. Especially when support makes mistakes ALOT.
Stuff happens, no problem. Just don't be rude jerks about it, and understand the frustration. Because I genuinely feel like I have to explain details they could find in the order itself - to get anywhere. Like I have to write things out step by step or it would take longer for things to get resolved. That is TIRESOME

I just checked all the tickets opened by you, none of the support team was passive-aggressive, dude. They helped you each and every time you had a problem, so it won't be any different now.
Also, I noticed (even if I strictly told them not to do that) that they gave you to deposit below 30$ on PayPal which is strictly against my rules because I can see deposits via PayPal as low as 5$ per payment from you which is here on our side, really hard to tax & get into books. So in the end, you as a customer on our platform had an amazing experience, each problem was fixed in a timely manner, even got the privilege to deposit the lowest amounts possible via PayPal (and we all know how PayPal sucks in our business model), and yet you haven't spent even 300$ with us, which is in terms of use of our panel still a "beginner" user.
