I am hoping to trade my current mode of transportation in for a newer (more masculine) then my current v@gin@ on wheels *cough* I mean Nissan Cube. Yes I drive a Nissan Cube as a 19 year old male who love sports cars.. dont ask how I ended up with that because its a bit of a complex story. But I would like either something newer and more reliable but cannot do any mods/fixing up on and will cost more such as a Nismo Juke, or Nissan Altima coupe. Or something that I can get for cheaper and be able to mod if I want and tune up such as an IS300. What would you choose? Or if you would like to throw in your suggestions of a sporty vehicle in a similar price range (anywhere from $7k-$18k).

There are lots of cars in that prince range, go for a BMW or Audi but dont choose Juke, its for ladies imo (sorry for the guys who own a Juke)

Lexus is solid. If you like the car go for it.

What is your personal opinion on the masculinity of the Audi TT? Personally I think that is a very girly looking sports car

I consider that the TT is suitable for both boys and girls but maybe more for the ones who adopt a sportish style. Personally I'd like to own such a beauty ->

Since I was a young boy, the body, style, and personality of the IS300 has always attracted me.

However, if you have 7-18k to play with, I'd suggest getting an WRX(such a beast), M3(my current whip), or a G35. At the end of the day you could squeeze way more bang for your buck if you consider the options a bit.

Yes ive always been attracted to the IS300. I think it may be something that I end up with and still be able to have some wiggle room as far as money goes. Ill save my money for when my IM journeys take off to get myself a nice BMW, Audi, or Infiniti.

if you don't need a new car then you shouldn't be worrying about it right? but lexus is more luxurious than any nissan, i went thru 2 gtr's and a couple infinitis. now im just waiting for the aventador money to be available, and of course a license that isn't revoked xD

Can't go wrong with Bmw, look for a little older 3 series or 5 series. Don't let the mileage on these cars scare you, if it was well taken care they will last. Test drive a few so you get a feel for whats a good condition one from a bad condition one. Fun cars.

Well they dont sell alpha romeos in my country (US)

Yes BMWs have always been a fave of mine. Between BMW, Audi, and Infiniti. I just always kind of wrote them off as too expensive but I guess I shouldnt be so narrow minded with the used car options.

I've had 3 is300s. They're good cars. They're a pita to find used locally in the US. They're usually priced too high or junk. A gs300 or gs430 are fun cars and easier to find. If you like Altimas check out the infiniti g35 (uses the same engine as the 3.5 altima). Nissan = Infiniti. Toyota = Lexus.

Where do you live? If your from US don't go German it will cost you $$$ in the long run, but if you do go for it expect to pay around 500+ each repair even small things unless you do the work yourself, go for a 350z, 370z....go all out get your money up get a GT-R R34 or 35 ;) mmm lol infiniti G35x is pretty solid car as well

The 350z is the same car as the g35 :)

IIRC the engines burn oil easy and driving the hell out of them can cause bad piston rings. So if you have a look get a compression test done.

I love both of those cars. My Mom has had 3 Zs in the past and I learned to drive in a G35 coupe and now she owns the G37s HT convertible. I practically jizz everytime I drive it.

Mmm Skyline GTR R34.. dream car! They are extremely rare where I live though... I dont believe they even produced them in the US at all
