Darn just when i thought i was getting good results from keyword research lol

i'm reading an e-book and they do this:

    Code:
    allintitle:"lose weight fast diets"

But i noticed senuke does this without quotes:

    Code:
    allintitle:lose weight fast diets

The results are out by 10x, what's the proper way to do it would you say?

    thanks guys

    Graham

Using quotes in a search engine only brings back results that those words are found in that exact order. Not using quotes just returns "relevant" information with those keywords.

If you really want to be sure there is decent traffic for your targeted keyword you use the quotes.

Depending on the way you're building authority for your site the non-quote traffic will follow.
