Alright, just to clarify regarding title of this thread, here we go. I live in California, go to community college here, and am transferring to university after this year (last year at CC). The only question is WHERE. Well, I want to go somewhere on the East Coast (NC or NY preferably). And not just for college..I plan to live there. I really like something about the East Coast. My parents would support me, but I don't want to put any financial stress on them. I'd feel better if I was supporting myself, at least partially.

For the record, I'm 19 years old, and have been in the IM game since I was 15 or so. In all honesty, I haven't made a killing. To give a ball park range, I've made around $25,000 (all of which I've given to my parents, out of my own will), but I've never been in it full time. BUT, the amount of knowledge I've gained over those years...worth millions, and I mean that. From a monetary stand point, it may seem like I haven't come far..but I see it differently. I've learned just about everything about IM that I need to know to make money.

    My Goal

My goal is to have 100 niche sites, each earning $5-10 a day. Now, on the low end:

    $5 x 30 days = $150 month/site x 100 sites = $15,000

Okay, I know, it's a big goal to shoot for. But hey, go big, or home!!

    The Plan

Well, I've already started, but I'll explain it fully here and then explain where I'm at so far. I am going to build 3 niche sites a week at LEAST (possibly more if time permits). I will be using Wordpress on all these niche sites. I will be targeting keywords that have a minimum of 2,000 exact match searches, and a CPC of at least $1.00. I will target 1 main keyword, and buy an EMD (or as close to it as I can get). I'll be targeting at least 5 long tail keywords per site.

In the first month or two, I will flip around half of my sites in order to gain capital to create double the amount of sites (by outsourcing). For starters, I may outsource some link building tasks, but I want to try and do as much as I can myself until I have some sort of income.

I'm currently on Day 20, so I'll give a run down of Day 1 through Day 20.

    Day 1 through Day 20

    Site 1 (9,900 exact match searches, Aprox. CPC $3.70) - Started August 21st, 2011

    - Added 12 unique articles (600+ words each)
    - Submitted 4 articles to Ezine Articles
    - Bought a link package from service section of BHW
    - Blasted these links with Scrapebox

Ranking on the 2nd page of Google for my main keyword, and the 2nd page for about 5 long tail keywords. Just put Adsense up yesterday; no revenue yet.

    Site 2 (1,900 exact match searches, Aprox. CPC $3.90) - Started September 1st, 2011

    - Added 4 unique articles
    - Created some profile links, blasted them with Scrapebox
    - Submitted an article to Ezine (hasn't been approved yet)

Ranking on the 2nd page of Google for my main keyword, and 2nd page for two long tail keywords. No revenue yet.

    Site 3 (1,900 exact match searches, Aprox. CPC $4.35) - Started September 9th, 2011

    - Added 3 unique articles

Ranking on 3rd page of Google for my main keyword. No revenue yet.

    Tools I have:

    - Scrapebox
    - 10 Private Proxies
    - HMA VPN
    - Market Samurai
    - Traffic Travis

Don't have much to invest now, but I'm big on reinvesting. Gotta reinvest to keep growing, so I'll be reinvesting a portion of what I make into any tools I think can help me out (I'm open to recommendations from you guys as well).

Okay, it's late (6:30 AM), so I'm gonna head to bed. I'll be updating this daily (I may miss a day here and there, but I'll try my best). I'm no expert, but I'd be glad wherever I can. So if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. When I started IM, I was at DP for 3 years. I only joined BHW in 2009, and that's when I technically started IM. Why? Because people actually help each other here, and seem to actually want to see those around them succeed.

    Later!

PS. From now on, I'll be using screenshots from MS to show my rankings.

    Thanks man!

Thank you, and well said :)

Adsense, and if I can find affiliate products related to the niche, might throw a few in. But for now, Adsense only.

Sounds good buddy. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you. Yeah, I am doing all the keyword research myself, from this point on. For Site 2, I bought the keyword from Cyberzilla in the Services section, but rest I've done myself.

Hm, if you find SEO boring, and least try to motivate yourself by thinking of the pay off in the end. Might not be all that fun now, but it will be when the $$$ comin in! Plus, once you have a bit of money coming in, you can outsource all that boring work.

Thanks! I agree. That's one of the reasons I've created this thread.

Niche sites can be very profitable. But like anything else, they require work. Stick at it, and you can make money.

yeah best of luck with this.

Only comments i can give you will be if after 2 months your earnings are still at $0 then PLEASE dont give up on it.

You have a very solid stable model. Would also look at offering other things besides adsense of your site. Google doesnt like soley adsense on your sites. Mix it up maybe with either cpa offers or amazon associates.

But great thread and best of luck
