Both Niches in the following image are related keywords / niches.

Ive been messing with the google tools (trends and keywords) and I am wondering if I am heading down the right track. If I am, I would ultimately test this by setting up a simple blogger account and attempt to monetize it.

I was wondering if I could get some feedback if I am headed down the right road. I understand there are about 34,216 things I need to learn and do but I figured I would start with this and see whats up. Maybe some suggestions for where to go from here. Or am I totally clueless?

Would you consider any of the 2 Niches below something worthwhile?

(I cant post pics yet so hopefully this link works)

    hi thelp,

this is roughly what I do too, good to know someone else is doing the same method.

I would definitely go after Niche 2, I reckon that is a great one. Will be good to see what some more people reckon.

I'd say you're potentially poised to make some decent bank assuming the traffic monetizes well. Gratz!

Thanks for the responses so far, I appreciate it. I have a feeling I am on the right track as far as learning how to pick out a niche, although the google search is bothering me. I understand what searching with quotes is for although, if it has such a big number without...how to you possibly monetize something like that being that people do not search using quotes?

For the hell of it, just to make sure I am on the right trakck again.. here is another pic with some deeper searches. This is something that, when searched.. people would buy. I guess think of it like acai berries or something but im assuming on a small level. This is something relativly new.

All information in the pic here are results of related keywords. Almost all the domains associated with this are available as well. What would you do? When responding, keep in mind.. money is something not available at the moment.

Could you define "decent bank"? maybe a ballpark figure you are tossing around in your head? (remember, I am a noob)

It depends on the keywords. Different kinds of keywords monetize differently.

For instance: There are people who come online looking for information and there people who come online who are looking to purchase a solution.

Now, if you try monetizing the people who are looking for a solution by throwing information articles up and monetizing it with AdSense, then well.. you're going to have a lower CTR than expected.

If you try monetizing people who are looking for information with one of those flashy annoying sites that is just trying to sell you things or a sales pitch, well then you're going to see a lot lower conversion rate.

It really depends on the keywords, but yes those are not bad. Do a simple google search and put "s around the term. "example". Make sure the results under 10-20k just to be safe.

Some examples of keywords looking for information: Let's say the niche is Xrumer

Keyword: how does Xrumer work (Obviously information)
Keyword: Where to purchase Xrumer (Obviously a buyer)
Keyword: How to use Xrumer effectively (Information)
    Keyword: Xrumer discount (Buyer)

Just take note of the keywords before you try monetizing the wrong people and try to figure out if they're looking for information or the solution.
