The first thing I want to say about Kind Arthur is that it is very obvious he takes his service seriously and will be around for the long term. Quality: 8/10 <--- This would be a perfect 10 if only the articles were more consistent. But at this price, Just provide the articles and everything is perfect. He lowers the price just enough (enough for me) when you provide your own. Use the savings and pay another provider here for the article. You do that and he'll be able to post it faster and you have more control. If you followed that extra step then this'd be 10/10

Speed: 8/10 <--- waiting for the links to go live isn't fast (not for me). To be fair, I did catch him at a busy time. Again, I recommend providing the article and it will be faster.

Reliability: 10/10 <--- Self explanatory
