This is something I have been doing lately. It is a pretty straight forward method, but I thought I would share because it has been doing pretty good

Basically it is making ad filled sites targeted at niche markets occupied by small businesses. Here is the concept:

Sit and brain storm for a bit, try think of small businesses (using the yellow pages helps). Weird things like "engraving" and "welding" and shit like that. This is the kind of thing that people will look for online (think about it, if you needed some engraving, where would you look?). The thing about this type of niche is that very few of these companies will actually have websites, and even fewer will have decent sites (that rank well)

So, choose yourself one of these little markets, set up a basic site (just use a template), register a relevant domain (a lot of the domains related to these markets are available), chuck in some content. Make the site look like it is a company that does the service you have chosen, but actually have no "real" content. Have lots of ads in places where people would expect to find links.

The reason this works is because it is very easy to get to page 1 in googl3 in a matter of weeks. There is not a huge amount of people searching for these things, but if you rank good, you will get a decent amount of traffic. Also, people going on your site will actually be looking for the thing you are "offering" and will more often than not end up clicking an ad.

I have tried this method with 2 different markets in the past 2 weeks. One of my sites got to number 1 in just over a week, the other is number 5 on page 1. within the first week I made enough to pay for the domain registration and the hosting for a month for both sites. So the other 3 weeks is pure profit.

I am now researching some more markets, and am hoping to start making at least one of these sites a week.

To research the sites, I just sit and think of this kind of thing, and check in adwords in the keywords tool for the amount of searches for the relative and main keyword, and check in googl3 for the amount of results and competition for the keywords. I then register the domain (as the main keyword if possible). Slap together the site and your done.

The difference between this and most other niche sites is the fact that you are competing against small businesses for traffic, and since they are usually not very clued up on this kind of thing, you always win!

Even if you make $1 a day of these sites, you can make so many of the so fast it will add up quick
