Yeap, one of the worst webhost I've came across.
Whether is it for PBN or for your normal cheap hosting, avoid it at all cost.
I'm using this cheap webhost because it was for a small business blog (and I know it won't get much visitors).
After 1-2 days later, the account was suspended without any warning.
Instead, after it was suspended, I receive an email saying that I 'abused their resources'.
On 1st May (Thursday - WORKING day) this month, I Opened a ticket requesting them to unsuspend me so that I can investigate what is going on. And nope, no reply.
Bumped the ticket twice on that day. Still no reply. And WOW... they claim they have a "60-minute maximum support response".
On 2nd May, one of the staff replied to the ticket and the person merely said, "oh, I am forwarding this to the tech team. Thanks."
So 3rd-4th May, still no reply as I believe they don't work on weekends. But for a webhost service... seriously? So I opened another ticket on weekends. No reply again.
Till this day, still no reply.
And according to their terms of service, as long as you exceed 20% of the CPU resource for 'more than 15 seconds', they will suspend you immediately without warning.
What a joke is this? That's pretty unreasonable, isn't it? If they have given a warning email first and maybe 15-30 minutes for customers to take action before suspending them it would be way better.
But since it's just $2/month, I won't say much. BUT if you're gonna host a mini site, a PBN, or whatever, AVOID this shitty webhost at all cost.
Best part? They still dare to send me an invoice telling me to renew the monthly service asap. Nope, fuck this.
P.S: I just saw someone had a worser encounter: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1336189
And I'm changing the title to make sure those bastards don't scam anymore people.
