Newsblog rights on picture and content

Hello i want to create a newsblog with funny stuff, sports and so on i want to know how i get content and pictures

i mean i see all the websites taking the same pictures, ofc with different content but information are obviously the same.

can i just take the content of other websites and rewrite it + use their pictures or do i have to buy pictures ? are there pictures which everyone can use ?

please help me =) i want to be 100% whitehat

Be careful about using DMCA protected pictures , as recently someone has raised a DMCA complaint on one of image that i was using .. The complaint is showing in webmasters tools and traffic has dropped.
