Hacker have been hacked 1.500.000 FB Accounts.

A RUSSIAN-born hacker is attempting to sell Facebook IDs for as little as $25 per 100 usernames, social-media blog Mashable reports, citing researchers at VeriSign?s iDefense. The hacker, who calls himself Kirllos, has obtained 1.5 million Facebook IDs, or one for every 300 people who use the social networking website.
He?s charging $25 per 100 IDs for users with fewer than 10 friends and $45 per 1000 IDs for users with more than 10 friends. Approximately 700,000 accounts have already been sold.
Kirllos, according to Antichat.ru forum users, is 24 years old, currently lives in New Zealand and speaks both English and French, Mashable reported. Earlier this year, he attempted to sell 100,000 hacked Facebook accounts of users around the world.
Facebook did not respond to Mashable?s request for comment.

    I don´t know..

But imagine 1/300 accounts out there is hacked.
So if you have 2000 accounts, 6-7 are/can be hacked..

    Pissing me off.

    SO TRUE!

Btw, I don't believe a word in this thread. It's simply impossible to hack so many accounts. The TV news would say it and we would receive a Warning from FACEBOOK.

(I said it, now my account might get hacked :D:D:D).

What we have to do in order to avoid this ??? changing our password to a 20 letters @*jzaid__366,^$*PASSWORD_N_777344 password ?

I doubt he cracked that many passwords, probably used the superuser password! Remember a password can always be reset by the system! No ones online email accounts, bank details etc are ever 100% secure! Since 9/11 no one has the right to 100% privacy!

What does 9/11 have to do with that?... The reason it can't be 100% secure is because people are stupid and need some way of getting their lost account back.

And I believe it's possible to phish 1.5mill people. Spread virus, virus changes hosts file and ba-boom you've got 1.5mill hacked Facebook accounts.

It could be a simple phishing attack. Like collect emails from Google for facebook users or from anywhere...then make a new group in facebook and in the description part put the facebook phishing page link where you want the user to login to join that page and invite all users of the email database you guys created!!

This way an email will be sent from Facebook to all those emails and many guys for sure will join through that phishing link!!! :)

There are many more ways to hack accounts but i think discussing here those tricks is prohibited so i wont continue further!! :)
