Hi, I started working for a company about 3 months ago handling their SEO, Marketing, Advertising, Affiliate Program, Customer Service and about 20 other things...

Obviously I have too much on my plate but my boss doesnt really seem to care about that... all he wants is results!

I have a few questions that maybe someone could help me with:

    1. I have been blogging (one our website and a seperate domain I purchased as well as sometimes on a blogspot account/site I created) I have also been forum commenting with a signature linking to our site, blog and article commenting with proper anchor text, and doing all of the social media stuff... also I use a bookmarking site to bookmark all of my blogs and articles...

Is there anything else that I can be doing that will be a positive use of my time? The site I work for is DIYGarageShelf and I am trying to get us ranked for some long tail keywords (such as "DIY Garage Storage" and "DIY Garage Shelving")

    2. I have started an affiliate program with the website. I have found a good database of people in the professional organizing industry who have been very receptive to the program and I have a few of them signed up already... however I am running out of people to approach in that niche. I was wondering where I might find a list of people interested in hosting a link and being part of an affiliate program. Is there such a thing?

I know I may seem like a total newbie but I have been kind of thrown into the fire with this SEO thing and am having to figure things out by trial and error. Any help that anyone could provide would be GREATLY appreciate!!!

QUIT. No reasonable boss would ask for it. That guy has no clue of what he is hiring you for.

Tell him you need a budget. You shouldn't be doing the work yourself, especially since you're new and he wants results.
