Hi guys and welcome to my Journey!

Here you?ll get to follow me reach what will be for me a state of ?financial freedom?. I will have enough money to cover everything my family needs. We would love to travel the world before the boys are older and need to go to school. I?m from Sweden and I?m 27 years old. I have been in IM(Facebook BTB method) for about 5 months now and I have no prior skills in internet marketing except for a lousy webshop which has never earned me more than 1k$ (total) in sales a month :p
I have never tried to rank a site or even make an affiliate site for that matter.
I and probably all of you would call me a complete newbie in this IM business. But I wanted to give this a go. The BTB method for me didn?t last that long I had some great days and some not so great. I did around 4k during these 5 months which was fine by me but I couldn?t see myself doing it long-term and I had problems scaling.

That is what lead me to thinking Amazon might be a good next step. I know my way around products and the only real obstacle I saw was that my English is rather basic. I?m not a native English speaker so this could cause a few problems. But I can always outsource that was my thought.
I am aiming for a steady 6k/month within 8 months. This is to push me a little harder. This is a high goal for me, but I am certain I'll reach it just maybe not within the time frame but at least I will give it a good try!

    GOAL's
    3k/month within 1 month + 200 UV's a day
    4k/month within 2 months + 300 UV's a day
    5k/month within 6 months + 500UV's a day
    6k/month within 8 months + 600 UV'S a day

    ?The Game Plan!?

    1. Come up with a ?keyword? domain name for the site, buy that incl. hosting. Just out of curiosity I wanted to buy a service here on BHW, someone who would create an amazon affiliate site for me. Just to see if I would do it better on my own or if I should outsource it all.
    2. Find a good review theme.
    3. Keywords research
    4. Write articles. To be exact I?ll start by writing these. Homepage (around 2-2.5k words. 5 reviews (700-800 words each). Best product + Top product = 1.5k each= 3k
    5. That will leave us at content with about 9k Set everything up at the homepage and tweak everything to perfection!
    6. Tie social media accounts to the site and setup massplanner to post new content every other day.
    7. Start the off-page pre work phase
    8. Start giving it some juice
    9. Write & add more content every 2[SUP]nd[/SUP]/3[SUP]rd[/SUP] day

This is my initial plan, it?ll probably change a lot along the way but for now this will do.

If there are any questions please don?t PM I will gladly try to answer every question within the thread.
Best of wishes to myself and let?s get the ball rolling!
PS. No hating and non beliebers

So I cheated a bit and started the project early and this is what I've done so far.

    Day 1 + 2,
All about Keyword research, I ordered 1 amazon bundle of kw's here on bhw but traffic wasn't enough for my goals. I would have gotten around 2k/month at the highest for those kw's. So I spent 2 days around 8 hrs total to research niches and keywords. I found a niche, came up with a name for the site and also a bunch longtails / secondary keywords.
On day 2 I also bought domain + hosting and set the wp site up with a good template.

    Day 3,
I ordered another Review site from a guy here on BHW to see how way off I would be, also wrote about 4.5k words for my articles so I've started the frontpage and all the reviews are done.
Also ordered some expired tumblrs to work with in the future and started to read about SEO linkbuilding and tiered link building so that I would have a clue to what I am doing :) A lot got done in just 3 days and I am 100% this is going to be done and not just put aside as many of the other things I've tried in life. :p

    Day 4,
Got another 2k words done and now the homepage and all the reviews are "100%" written at least.
Set the page up with 5 reviews and a frontpage with some cool features and also made the whole privacy policy and other side content done in day 4.
I set up analytics and pointed a few links to the site hoping it would get indexed soon. Also scheduled posts for 4 of my web 2.0's that I made.

    Day 5+6,
Just writing more content nothing fancy about it and read a lot about SEO.

Well done for getting started! Just wanted to say your English is very good for a non native speaker. I wouldn't have been able to tell if you hadn't mentioned it. Good luck with your site!

A lot of what I write has already been written by me at the time. But due to me not feeling that I had the time to invest in answering questions and keeping the thread up to date I wanted to wait with posting until I had the time. So I might write in yesterday/today.

    Day 7,
Fixed KW tracking and we had some great news, Site got indexed! Weehoo, now we're finally going to get somewhere.
We had 8 organic visitors that day talk about a great first day... Good time spent on site and page/visit and bouncerate at 25%.
Added a link and a few social signals.

    WE HAVE ORDERS!
Day 1 of indexation and we already have orders this is fantastic! I'll let you know what they're worth tomorrow.

Haha well thank you sir for those kind words! Since my plans involve moving from Sweden and my end destination might just be USA I am very glad to hear that I might be able to make myself understood over there.
Also thanks a lot for the good luck wishes, they'll come in handy!

I can just write it here, they're no secret. Most of what matthew woodward has to say on the subject of tiered link building has been read twice if not even 3 times now. Still feeling novice at this point. Also if you google GotchSEO there is much to be learnt from there.

    Day 8 + 9,
Involved a little start on my tiered link building.
Set up a few tier 1 links to the site and also made some more social profiles for good social presence and a few links. Youtube channel has been created but no videos there yet though.

Earnings day 7-8: 2.1$ (But products ordered on the first day of indexation will generate about 60$ just hasn't been shipped yet). Sweet to have some cash to invest this early!

Yeah the start is awesome! Got about 6 products sold on the first day with only 8 organic visits. (No every product wasn't ordered by the same dude). =)

All that has to be done is to get back upon that horse and complete what you started!

    Bvladmir:
Sweden can be beautiful yes, but it's to much shitty weather and also I already have a beautiful wife now I want a more beautiful place to live. Sweden is to much tax and to expensive. It's awesome about 2 months a year tops! :p

    Day 10,
Sent a bunch of social media signals from facebook when I already have the accounts left since I did the BTB(Greg method) I though what the heck I'll just post a bit and see if I can generate some likes/traffic to my page and it worked very well. Got about 103 clicks the targeting of the audience isn't as good though as you might understand :p 88.35% bounce rate.

But we had 25 direct and 8 organic this day also. With a combined bounce of 33% and a total of 53 click-through's

Wrote 2 more reviews 800 words each and 1.5k article about where to find "product" at a bargain.

    Earnings day 10:
    0.70$

    Day 11,
28 total sessions mostly direct/social form the shares yesterday.
Added the articles written yesterday and tweaked a few things with the homepage plus read some stuff about getting expired tumblrs.
Bought Scrapebox and read up on what to do with it and also set it up with proxies and learned some basics about scraping.

And that site above I was talking about the other Amazon review site I bought from BHW has been delivered. Nothing to fancy in my opinion my own site is about 1000 times better and this 50ish $ spent could have been spent better but maybe it can be something to build on later what do I know.

But the BEST NEWS, a few orders where shipped. Hence the investment above.

    Earnings day 11: 50.25$!!! Sweet...

This was all earned the first day of indexation which is pretty cool!

    Day 12,
Not much happening, just some writing and we are starting to gain some decent traffic from the serps. 24 organic visits today with 20% bounce rate.
Also we have climbed up to page 3 on 3 keywords with combined 1.5k searches/month and page 2 for keywords with combined searches around 3.5k monthly.
Hope this day lead to some nice earnings!

    Earnings day 12: 1.75$
(Just to clarify, this is earnings from shipped 3rd party products shipped day 12 and amazon fulfilled products bought this day. Most are 3rd party but it's to much work to write both orders/day and earnings/day so this will do).

    Day 13,
    Now we're talking!
A few more products shipped which landed in a good earnings. I will make a total earnings made post on the 20th day so check out for that one...
Landed a few more links to the inner pages of the site. Since this was a new domain I don't want to go to hard at it in the beginning so I have stopped building links for a few days until now. A few tier 1 links added and I bought GSA since I know cash is coming in steadily now it's only a matter of time its payed in full only by this Amazon site.

    Earnings day 13: 44.55$

    Day 14,
We had some drops on a few keywords but also a great rise in some which pretty much leveled out the traffic well. 24 organic for the day bounce rate has gone up but that was expected. Those kw's I ranked for initially was very targeted and the person searching for those terms obviously found my articles to cover their needs well. Read up on GSA and praying that the keywords that disappeared are going to bounce up a bit in the serps.
Most often keywords disappearing is a good thing =)

Earnings day 14: 25.16$ (Hope it'll stay steady!)

    Day 15,
Well it didn't stay steady but today was a really productive day. Spun a 700 word article for great uniqueness to be used with GSA later on. Manually spinning is really exhausting, 8 hrs to spin it but it'll probably generate way over 150 articles with high uniqueness.

As for traffic, it's staying steady at 25 organics with a few from direct traffic.

    Earnings day 15:
2.67$ (Well many rivers small) or as we say in Sweden. Många bäckar små!

Hehe BillTomy you're anxious I ge tit.

I do only have 1 site plus that one bought here on bhw but that has no work done to it and I do not have time to invest in that project now since it won't generate anything close to the potential this site seems to have.
I haven't bought a single article so far and I am a car mechanic from the beginning and a non native English speaker. So if I can get the customers trust anyone should be able to. I do have my own way of writing things and it seems to work for this niche. This will be kept as secret sauce though ;)

Main traffic is always going to be organic from search engines. I did share the link over various social media sites. But the traffic mostly came from fb that day. But after that it's been quiet on the fb traffic. I used BTB's method to post in groups with a very good lead-in which gave my fb site for this review-site a few likes and also it gained a good amount of shares!

If you wanted me to link to where I buy articles as I said above I have yet to try this since my concept seems to be working. Might be handy in the future though but then I'll pay top buck for really really high quality content!
