Newbie questions: How much might it cost per install for Chrome extension in India

I'm still trying to figure out the PPI scene and would appreciate it if someone could guide me a bit.

I want my chrome extension to be installed by users in India. How should I go about it? What should I look into? Any help would be appreciated.
