    Hey there,

I apologise if this is a ridiculous question, yet I've found a lot of conflicting information in threads on this topic and wanted to be sure.

I have a reseller account with Host Gator on which I host 80% of my websites. A couple of these have page one google rankings. I've just started working with Adsense on my websites which have 100% original content and are WH only.

I'd like to start a WP autoblog with some original content and monetise with Adsense. I understand this is potentially against Adsense T&C. I have two questions regarding the setup.

    1. Is it better to monetise with a different CPC program with less strict rules? If so, is there anyone you'd recommend?

    2. Is Google likely to penalise the other sites on my Host Gator reseller account if they penalise my auto-blog? Many of the sites share an IP.

    I'd appreciate any feedback.

You can either get your account banned or your site banned from adsense. You will be screwed if you get your entire account banned, all your sites will be done and you will lose whatever money you have in your account.

No. They'll simply ban your adsense account and all sites where it was used. So... think twice. I wouldn't suggest you to use autoblogs these days. 2 or 3 years ago, yes, they were good, but not in penguin and panda era.

I've been out of IM since 2010, so slowly getting back up to speed. I've looked on the forums for information regarding autoblogging and there seem to be two trains of thought about it. People that say it works and people that say to stay away from it like the plague. For micro niche sites that require less SEO power, I can still see the possibility of an autoblog working, assuming it wasn't utilising an ad network that didn't allow such content.

Maybe something like Prosperent, or just CPA offers? Adsense definitely won't like it.

    Huh, thank you for that.

I'm a little concerned about how my other sites might suffer if Google attacks my autoblog in the serps. Have you heard of Google penalising domains that exist on a shared IP or server to an autoblog?

I don't quite understand if you're attempting to tell me something or if you're trying in inflate your post count.

    Please advise.
