Am newbie, i don't know from where i start earning some moeny using CPA Netwroks , if anyone can help me with any tutorial or ebooks to start using CPA with facebook application

Common lets cut this guy a break here:

• Theres a whole section of this site for the downloading of eBooks. Click on "downloads" in the left panel.

• or use the search box with "get" in front of the eBook you want.
• If there is not one there, one you reach 50 posts you may request one, first though check the do not share list!

When starting out:

• Firstly sign up to a few companies, get proactive!
• Start talking with you "affiliate manager"
• Read around this forum

Heres a few avenues you could take:

• Facebook
• Articles
• Seo

That's a pretty great reply from .Oscar. He's got almost everything you need. Start there, read the stickies in the CPA section and you should be able to get off the ground.
