I am looking to change my ip. i am in major need to find out how to do this.

Can anyone help me???

did you try to consult google first before you posted your very basic question here?

i have broadband wireless connection. i really want a piece of software to change my ip address every so many minutes. i am doing a large number of posts and creating a number of gmail accounts but it seems my ip is holding me back.

any systems out there that can do this???

Get Firefox, if you haven't already, download the tor button, which is an addon, then go to Google and download the tor vidalia bundle and install. Then all you do is run tor/vidalia bundle from the start menu, then open firefox and press the tor button, to turn on, then when you need a new ip, right click the icon in the sys tray and request a new one. Not the best proxy, but it's better than a kick in the teeth. :)

Yeah if the method Barry mentioned doesn't work you can also try using Proxy Firewall. It normally works quite well.

If you have a router, and a dsl connection, changing the mac address would force an ip change.

If you have cable, forget it, youre stuck with the same ip.

If you have dial up, your ip will change everytime you connect/

IF you use an aircard, it will also change everytime you connect.

Get dial up or dsl, its worth it!

I want to change my proxy as i cant make anymore gmail accoutns now.

I have cable so i am stuck ugh?

I have just brought hide-my-ip software. but i still cant make any gmail accounts.
I also need to change my proxy to post ads.
Have i just wasted my money on hide-my-ip piece of kit???

This problem is putting a massive barrier on my cpa earnings.

133 posts and that kind of questions? google it or read it up here...

Use elite proxies You can pay for them they change your IP and hide the fact hat you are using proxy.

sophia all those 133 post, all questions on how to earn from black hat. and none of those about changing my ip address. We are all here to learn something, just some more than others.

does the big G pick up that i am using Hide-My-IP software?
Would that be why i cant make anymore gmail accoutns?

theres that hide ip adress that i also own which is useles for most part only comes in handy once in a while, but i mostlly use verizon network card it changes ips every time you conect. been using it for a year now and no problems with any of the networks yet. I think sprint offers them too. one hefty minus is that it costs 50$ month. Oh and another thing always change ur dns numbers and comp name cuzz no matter what ip u gona use it will still show ur comp address.

hope this helps

Hide-My-IP didn't work for me(based in the UK). Although the software offers you different IP's, giving you the impression you're 'hiding', in my case my real IP still came out on top. When I approached the company in a pleasant, 'what do I need to do now' way I got a major ballocking as I 'used the trial version first and if I wasn't happy why did I buy?'
Going into more details will detour your thread.
Proxies apparently is the way to go.

Ok i am uk based too, i just sent them an email. by the sounds of things i should ask for my money back?

Does the uk do a simular thing to air cards???

How About an account from Gotrusted.com $5.95/mo ??

The Hide IP programs all suck! They use very slow Proxies and your Surf speed goes down to intolerable levels. Elite Proxies may help a little more but same problem

The best solution is a VPN-based provider like Swiss VPN or something like that based in foreign country.

I have also looked at GoTrusted -- BUT read their TOS!!

They install a cookie and track WHERE you surf AND share your surfing habits with 3rd PARTIES!!

From their site:

"Because of our commitment to present the best possible product to all our users, we track the category of services selected by our individual users as well as all information pertaining to user satisfaction. To ensure the quality of our product, we reserve the right to maintain evaluation and feedback records indefinitely."

"GoTrusted products and services by necessity require us to provide some of your information to third parties."

Bye!
