Newbie: Do I need a website or blog to get paid in PPC Affiliate Program?

Hi everyone

I have a doubt in PPC program. Is there any site they pay for ppc program. I mean if I sign up for a ppc as an affiliate, I know i will get paid. But my doubt is I will get paid only if I have a website or blog? If I drive traffic directly to my affiliate link will I get paid? If so, do you guys know some of the sites like that? Could you please share it?

Gotta have a website to be taken seriously and make the serious income. Why are you adverse to this?
