    Hey.
I'm quite new on blogging. I have recently made couple of blogs just to experiment which gets readers and which doesn't. I registered for AdTracker program where most income would come by leads or sales.

If any of you are familiar with the program my question one:
When browsing registered campaigns on "promotional material" you can add banners. When you click "generate HTML code" it shows the code you can copy paste to your page. There is a field "Reference (Optional)". Do I need to fill this field with my affiliate page ID or I don't get money per sale? (won't be tracked as referrer)

Secondly, I'm new with this ad-program and have added several ads to few pages but they all use the same scheme than the page I'm about to display for you. I have around 4000 impressions now (non-unique from all the blogs count together that use AdTracker and ads are placed same way in every of them) tracked with no single click. What could be wrong here? Any advices on different way of using the ads or different place to add them to?

I'm getting bit worried even though 4000 impressions is not that much, there could be something wrong since no clicks at all. Those were the best related campaigns I could find from AdTracker in my opinion.

I have done some SEO for all pages, but there probably is still many places I could add the page. I have added it to several blog archives, search engines, RRS feed archives, Facebook and Twitter. The blog is only 1-2 months old. I'm getting around 20-30 visitors to this and my one other new'ish blog daily which is not too much but will hopefully increase. Lets see.

By the way this looks like informative forum so need to keep in tough. As I'm new member I obviously cannot post my page's address here but anyone caring to help and comment should find it in my forum profile. Any feedback or advises for a newbie would be welcomed and highly appreciated ! :) Thanks.

(PS. I said 300 unique impressions first but was looking at the wrong table which was daily - tracking program shows total impressions also but does not include count of "unique impressions" but only "impressions" instead where the count is now 4000 with no clicks)

    I'm not a spambot mate.. :)
I'm right here trying to learn a thing or two. Found this forum through google search when seeking some helpful forums/topics/advice.

I wasn't expecting many clicks right at the first try of ad campaigns ever but when it's still zero then I'm quite certain there's something wrong.
I was thinking maybe to add a text link for to beginning and end of posts also or something but wouldn't the page then be too crowded with ads and turn annoying?

Along the ads there is also Amazon associate store implemented. It has no direct clicks however at all. Only around 100 "other clicks" but no sales.

traffic, relevance and positioning of your adsense ads are the most import thing,

The main thing is to make sure your traffic is "click traffic", tube traffic dont really click adsense that much, seo traffice normally converts better.

    Hi, thanks for a reply.
For all who don't want to bother having quick overview of the page (through my forum profile):
The website is a google blogger page about PC/console gaming and such with a header (banner) frame and left and right gadget frames on both sides of the blog post. Quite standard I think.

My clickable ads are right below main banner at the top and on left gadget field because I thought these would be the most visible places to place them to. They are picture banners.

However don't seem to track any clicks.
Ad program I used does not have quite 100% relevant campaigns/ads for everything in my opinion, however to the gaming blog I think I found something that is close enought from ad campaigns (electronics, toys, pc-stuff) and Astore content for it consisting of with pc/console/ps3 games and laptops etc. and added a widget to left gadget field. There's also a "buy me" button in the end of every post where it makes a sense.

Even though page is new I've been following the traffic, most of it comes from google search. Visitors leaving right away percentage is around 58%.

I have few more blogs that use almost same layout and same ad program (with differently related ad campaigns of course). The result is same thus far.

For a notice I don't use AdSense but a another option instead called TradeTracker - I mispelled this in my first post but this is the program's name. I didn't get AdSense to work for some reason (registration didn't go through).
