I'm a major newbie, so I've a lot questions about the details, as in:

How do you make sure you transfer all the site info correctly when you flip a site?
How do you transfer the domain/hosting when you have to pay monthly for it?
If, say, it's a page that profits from CB, CPAs, and Amazon/eBay affiliate links, do they have to basically have all their own accounts for those things and plug them in where you had yours? You're basically just giving them a shell, right?

I'm literally JUST starting to get into this stuff (been reading/researching on here for a while), and am having a sensory overload trying to keep track of all of the different accounts and technicalities behind site-flipping (and internet marketing in general), but I want and have a passion to understand it all, so any help you all could provide would be deeply, deeply appreciated. By no means am I asking to be spoon-fed; if you get the sense of that, by all means ignore this. If there's a certain thread that explains this better that you could direct me to, that would be all the more wondrous and I'll be out of your hands.

There are 2 ways doing this:
    1. If you have reseller host then just give info for cpanel and other stuff. The benefits is you don't have to move the domain, hosting and file except they want to move and you also profit from their hosting.
    2. If you have shared host then backup all your website and database file (mysql). After that upload all your website's file and database to your buyer's hosting. Regarding domain, just give the access to them and change the dns server to their hosting. Sometimes it takes 1-2 days to see the changes, if all are good then the website will be online on their hosting now.

Regarding CB, CPA, amazon, ebay and other monetization source, they must have their own account and plug their account into your website, example wordpress. Yes you are giving them only the shell.

    Hope this helps.
