Newb scrapebox question - is this normal?

I installed my first scrapebox instance and this is what I got:



The files and folders are everywhere. Is this a normal installation or did something go wrong?

Scrapebox is a portable app, and as such it installs all needed files and folders in the folder the exe is in. The desktop on your machine is just a folder that is visually displayed.

So just create a folder on your desktop, call it

scrapebox

or whatever and move the files into that. Then it will all be contained in 1 folder. Or you can move the exe file and run it and it will download all needed folders and files.

it is normal, you just need to fix the clutter yourself. If its a shortcut, you can delete it, but just to be safe try to move all in a single folder.
