I am pretty new to seo and just started out trying to make my own links. There is a ton on bhw and online about expired web 2.0s but apparently recently it has gotten way harder to index them and I have seen a good amount of people that seem to know what they're doing talking about getting backlinks from new web 2.0s. Thoughts?

On the contrary, it’s easier to index expired web2.0 than new web2.0. And it’s carrying more link juices as it has established links.

Why not just check if they're indexed before you try to re-register it? Then you already know that they're indexed and are going to waste your time.

For a really low difficulty of say 20, could I get some action with only 10 expired DA40 web 2.0?

Should I leave them alone (since they have good metrics) or add lots of tier 2 and tier 3 links?
