Which one to choose for better rankings , a brand new domain with the main keyword in its name or an aged domain with pr but doesn't have the keyword in its name?

an aged domain with pr but doesn't have the keyword in its name, but it will slowly rank lower if you don't keep the content fresh and lengthy.
