New Traffic - Any experience with Media Buys?

Need some advice from anyone that's actually done this, not theory.

I've currently spend a lot on PPC every day, 7 days a week Google, Yahoo & MSN (more than most people make at a full time job all month) and have almost capped out.

My niche is Real Estate buyer leads.

Can anyone suggest any other outlets/avenues to get traffic such as with a media broker to purchase ads on high traffic financial or real estate related sites?

In the past CL postings were awesome. With all the changes it's been too hard for me to post personally and since joining here I've paid 2 people who've said they were "professional" CL posters only to be taken for a ride while they can't deliver.

I'm open to any traffic sources that is real traffic an any suggestions from those who's blazed the path before me would be very appreciated in advance.

I've been reading a lot on BHW and learning a lot. I'm having some of my staff implement some of the great ideas for SEO which will take some time for results.

I'd rather pay for the implementation and manage the results on the bottom line than do the actual work myself. I have a lot of systems in place to monetize my lead flow so looking for more ways to purchase traffic or pay someone to get the traffic for me.

You could try checking out mediabuyscoach.com - I'm not sure how legit they are but the co-founder is the owner of the Wotogepa affiliate network.

Just know whatever price you are offered... tell them to quit dicking you around. You will need around 30k for initial traffic and testing along with an IAB Certified ad server. Make sure you write a good 24 hour out clause.

See if you can find Traffic Tactics as even tho its a "guru" course - they have some good insight on how to setup your contracts, pricing.. all that.

Best of luck and be prepared to lose that monthly ad spend testing creatives/placements for a couple days ;-)

Yeah make sure your IO has every contigency you can think of. Unique impressions, out clause, country targeting, etc.
