I saw a service post on BHW's ''Social Media'' section and I saw the BHW Moderator's post.

The moderator has locked that service posting for this reason.

I don't understand what he violated. I've read the Moderator's content but still don't understand the reason.

He said it was locked due to fake bumps.

This implies the seller used fake profiles to bump his thread.

Look at the last two pages of that thread and you will find tons of bumps from accounts made on the same day, it is safe to presume they were linked to the seller.

Look at the https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/facebook-advertising-account-for-rent-run-gambling-ads-crypto-ads-bonus-with-first-200-24.1536278/page-22#post-17050352 and you will find tons of bumps from accounts made on the same day, it is safe to presume they were linked to the seller.

I saw that his service post had a lot of BHW accounts with 1 - 2 posts and those accounts were all interested in his service. It seems that he himself created those accounts to promote the main service topic. Doing this will also cause the service post to be locked, right?

I think that's a way for service providers to polish their brand.

This is the rule that, without any reason no one can bump their own post or another post if the reason is not valid.
It happens when you do the same thing back to back.

Of course it will get it locked, why would it not?

Creating fake profiles to bump a service is gaming the forum and marketplace.

You are lucky if only the thread is locked as this offense can also get you banned.
