New to Youtube Please see my following questions

1. I have many original videos do I use Adsense or other to create revenue with them?
2. I see many upload 100 of video per day but they must be stealing video from someone? Where do they get money for that?
3. When I click /partner in Youtube it says your country do not allowed at the moment anyway around that?
4. I see many network pays for content like Cure and others, these videos need to be your own right? What more companies do this?
5. Is there any company that simple pay you to upload any video?
6. A Channel is a Channel or is connected to your Gmail account? Meaning I can have one Channel with copyrighted movies and one with my own? In the same gmail account?

1. Adsense or partner netoworks is a slow&steady type of monetization for legit whitehat channels, if you want fast income but with fast videos deletions etc you should try affilate programs + youtube.
2. This is done by some bots and used for promoting of affilate links.
3. Just change your country in the channel settings, but however you should aim to join good partner network because you can't make money with just adsense nowdays.
4,5. All partner networks pays you for monetized views just like adsense does. No other ways except affilate programs (CPA, PPD, PPI etc.) but they will get your videos flagged and deleted in just few hours-week so don't use it on your main accounts.
6. Yes youtube channels is connected to your gmail but you can connect many youtube channels to one gmail account. If you want to do something blackhat you should create new one gmail with it's own yt channel and use proxy or change your ip if it's dynamic.

What are these other network for legit videos and not gaming and easy to sign up on?
