I have just started today to try and build up a Twitter from scratch. On first day I already have 2k and was wondering what sites or methods i could use to gain more.

How did you gain 2k followers on your first day? Are you following/unfollowing manually? Check out Crowdfire and Tweepi to help manage your account.

I was doing it manually. Did not learn about tweepi until just about 4 hours ago.

GG.. How did you achieve 2K within a day using a fresh account. It's possible if you buy an account but it should be an aged one.

Guys, come on. If he wrote 2K he meant 2K.
It is possible, actually. Depending on the context... Imagine you have a huge Facebook page/group or a very popular Instagram account and you do massive shoutouts to ask people to check out your new Twitter account. It's entirely possible to gain thousands of followers in a single day.
