Ok so I've been browsing the forums for a while now,
    and I purchased scrapebox.
I'm trying to figure out the best way to use it.
Please let me know if this is correct.
I am not creating advertisements with my comments I am simply creating comments with the website location filled out to my site.
Am I also supposed to include my keywords within each comment somehow?

Secondly, I understand it is not a good idea to blast your sites front page directly, and I am trying to understand the pyramid idea.

So please help me understand AMR as well, I start by writing a unique article with the keywords I want right? Secondly, do I write the article on what my site is about (backlinks?) or can it be completely random. How many times should I mention my keyword and how where should I link it back to my site?

Then from what I understand I should use scrapebox and post comments to the articles I submitted with my sites link and keywords also in the scrapebox comment? Is this correct?

I'm sorry for all the questions but I am getting frustrated trying to figure out what people mean by link building, web 2.0 etc... But I will start with these questions and yes, I know google is my friend but I still couldn't find the answers.

THANK YOU to whoever takes the time to help me with this!

In terms of Scrapebox you should probably (especially because you are a novice) blast only your other backlinks with it. So all of the articles and web 2.0s that you have created you should blast those urls.

With AMR you will sometimes be allowed to post links within the article body, but most times it will be in your Resource or Bio box. And yes write about your site, but you do not have to write about the actual keywords. So if your keyword is "belly fat" you can write about anything pretty much to do with weight loss.

Thanks so much for the reply.
So when I blast my blog and web 2.0s what does this mean exactly? And the should these blasts contain my keywords and where should they link back to? And how many times should I blast them, once per?
Sorry for being a noob but browsing I couldn't find these answers. Thank you

Your blast contains link to your web2.0 properties/buffer sites, which have link to your money site. I think the keyword for buffer sites could be any related keywords. It does not have to be the same keyword you are trying to rank for your money site.
