New to SEO, is this an easy keyword to rank for?

I've never looked into seo really, so I need a bit of advice. I've done a bit of keyword research, and found a long tail keyword with 10,000 monthly searches, and the page 1 of google has a site in third position which in long tail pro says 0 keyword competition, 1 page authority, 0 page links, 0 juice links, 5 domain authority, 0 moz rank, and the domain is 1.3 years old.

Would it take much to outrank this keyword. I know very little about this stuff.
