New to Micro Niches Could I Get Banned for This?

Alright so I have one site that's just a few days from being on page one, so I want to start more sites of coarse. Right now I'm using a really good wordpress theme for adsense and want to continue using it on all my future sites.

My first site looks really clean and is really user friendly. Also it's 100% unique and quality content, stuff that users would actually be interested in.

I'm just wondering if Google sees a bunch of my site getting money from Adsense and they're all the same layout/theme will they ban me for it?

I'm doing everything 100% whitehat as far as links and stuff go.

Just don't want to build 50 sites and get slapped in the face afterwards.

If you are whitehat then google doesn't care. They would rather you put more money in their pockets, assuming you are completely whitehat and can withstand a manual review.

Regardless of what theme you use, though, and regardless of how BH your techniques are, you should mitigate your risk. Once you have several adsense sites, get another adsense account. That way, if one batch gets shut down, the other doesn't. You can do this by forming an LLC with an EIN and getting an adsense account for the new LLC.

The idea is not to put too many eggs in one basket, regardless of how safely you carry that basket.

What theme are you using? This plays a major factor aswell. Its almost an identity footprint for Google.

before putting adsense code get a honest review of your site from a trusted member here. I got 15 mns and banned yesterday. I did not click my ads but someone from BHW showed me fatal mistakes on my sites that can be easily reported.

Be sure that the content is reasonable before putting code on your sites!
