O.K. I have 15 sites. 10 of which are over 1 year old. I've never backlinked them, I always failed at backlinks. Until about 3 weeks ago. I then decided I would try the web 2.0 thing. Now after I realize how to make a "super web 2.0" that will stick. My question is, how do I know how many web 2.0's to make? Usually my keywords, WITHOUT backlinks end up around 15th position. I certainly don't want to build 10 for each keyword and end up doing too much. But I don't want to do 5 and do too little. It wouldn't be so bad, but I've made 10 web 2.0's which were indexed already to my one keyword page and its been 3 weeks and I haven't seen movement. How long do I have to wait? I realize, nobody can answer these questions, but I'm just looking for some GENERAL guidelines so that I can make educated guesses and feel CONFIDENT when I'm building these web 2.0's. Right now, I don't see any movement and I'm depressed and down about it. So do I need to build 20? or is it just that I have to wait more? Just screwing with my mindset. Here is an example of what MOST of my keywords competition looks like: I would consider this EASY, right? I just need some general guideline to follow, right now I'm lost and just building without knowing what the hell I'm doing. And that doesn't seem like good business. Some of this post is probably really asking for help and some of it is just getting my frustration out. I REALLY want to succeed at this. Up until now, I always paid more attention to onpage seo and building big sites and I just ignored offsite. Now I'm realizing that its a whole package and I'm overwhelmed. If there's any advice, I'd surely appreciate it.
