Hi, i'm starting in IM, so i want some advices.
A term that haves arround ~60k searchs per month on google and and has no domain name registered with that term it's good?
It's related to images, what the best method to earn with image based websites?
    Lock the content with surveys?
What do you think, go ahead with this idea?
    Thanks guys!

It depends how people will receive it.

I've seen people take "good" domains and totally mess them up, and I've seen people use "bad" domain names and have the number 1 rank in Google.

And depending on what keyword you're using, you've got to see if theres any money in it, so to speak. Do your research and think really hard, "Will this be profitiable?"

If a term has arround ~60k searchs per month on google and and has no domain name registered with that term, you should register quick until no one else does. But, before you do that make sure you check out the value of that term, how willing are people to buy when they search that term. There is a tool made by microsoft to check out the commercial intent of a keyword.

    hxxp://adlab[dot]msn[dot]com/online-commercial-intention/

After you checked this out, search on adwords to see how many people are biding for this keyword. The more people biding, the more chances are that you will make money. If no one is biding on that term, you can be pretty much sure, that is not worth your time.

Then, do a search on clickbank. See if there are products for that niche. If there are, that is a good sign also.

After you did this steps, go register the domain. Start building some seo oriented articles, give it some time (3-6 months) to get a good position in the serps.

    All the best.
