New to IM question about paid survey sites & how to article

I was curious (sorry if this is the wrong section to ask questions) I have two projects I want to work on that I had questions about one being how to set up a paid survey site that people do surveys they survey host pays me and I pay the worker. When I search all that comes up are people looking for paid surveys so if I could even get spoon feed even something small as what the official term for this type of site is it would be appreciated. Secondly I was wondering what type of blogging site works best for how too/recipe type articles to generate adsense or that give shares of the view count that I would later be able to put affiliate links on. Lastly if I may fire another one what is the official term for facebook accounts called that get a lot of followers and repost youtube video's/links to funny sites full of ad's. Thank you very much.

Try to get dedicated blogs and use that for posting you articles and links. Which gives you perfect back link count. And also keep you away from Google Warning.

Best advice: don't bother with surveys.

I have an updated question that is over all a better question. I was hoping a couple big shots would chime in with advice but what is the best method to get introduced to IM as I know nothing of the field nor even web design it's very difficult to read through the 18 or so guide i've read here and having to google what xyz abbreviation even means as well as how it works. In your opinion reader what would be a low $50-100 cost option be that would also help learn skills that transfer over to other methods of marketing? I'm mainly looking to generate adsense as I already have an account that pulls in youtube money.

I'd like to see:
2-3 Methods that are entry level and ideally pull from adsense and will teach skills to apply to other areas.
Any and all helpful & educational links noob friendly ones ideally

Payment: I'd gladly compile any useful information into a fancy user guide for other fellow newb's so you need never answer again. It would be pin worthy so you all love me and we could even share E-book profits.
