    Hello,

I am new to clickbank and would like some help please. Please tell me if i have this right.

    - Signup as affiliate ( done)
    - choose product to sell
    - create hoplink ( no banners or anything like other networks)
    - create landing page or website around product
    - advertise

for advertising what would you say are the top methods.

    paid:
    ppc,ppv

    free:
    youtube,articles,craigslist,forums etc...

is this pretty much the way it goes? Am i leaving something out?

    thanks for your help.

That's pretty much it. You can find banners for some of the products though. View their sales page and scroll to the bottom. A lot of times there will be an "Affiliate" link there. Click on it and you may find some banners to use.

Just becareful with PPC a lot of CB stuff is already being promoted that and the cost of the good keywords are high and that makes your profit margin slim. try using long key words and other tactics. search these forums and you'll find a lot of good PPC books for free.

Good luck with Clickbank....maybe for short term you should stay away from PPC until clickbank solve their tracking issue...I am one of that with lots of hops and no sale
