I will do 2 things - Sell on Fiverr, and since I am an IM guy since I'd like to sell my services. For 18 hours in a day since a few months I am continuously scraping emails for my clients from various sources. I will use these emails to blast off my services. MOST IMPtly, a client of mine has asked to do this for him

I need to figure out 4 things. I believe I can set up after I know this:
1. What is the best software to do that
2. How many proxies do I need to send N emails (so rotational proxy is the best way to avoid blacklisting of my home IP, correct?)
3. The software that I purchase, does it optimize the emails with time? As in how many emails can it send in 1 hour?
4. Should I use simple Gmail or buy 1 domain, or keep purchasing the domain
