new to affiliate - help

hi i'm a new to the affiliate world.

I was trying to work with referrals, I used co.cc, they pay $0.1 for every person that register with them a free domain name. I got around 70 refferals, but that's only $7 or less.

What's good with co.cc?
easy refferal program, you just have a referral link to use
payment with paypal

What's bad with them?
Very low $0.1
++ not all people are interested in getting a free co.cc domain

So, I wonder if any one has a service that has a referral program like co.cc, that pays better and can attract more people

Read the CPA section of this forum and apply to a few networks. You'll find LOADS of offer that pay far more than $0.1 and require far less than registration. There's lots of email submit offers (person just has to enter their name and email address) that pay out up to $1.50.
