I launched a new website on July 15th. I found through the Google Search Console that almost all pages have been indexed by Google. But its clicks and exposure are very low, including ranking. This is the picture of the Google Search Console, which has been declining since August 15th, because Google just released a core update at that time. I am not sure whether this situation is due to the sandbox or the core update. Please give me some suggestions. Or what should I do?

The website is most likely sandboxed and lacking authority to rank for your niche/keywords,
SEO is a slow game, you have to build your authority overtime and wait until the website get out of the sandbox,

Just make sure you're doing most of the things right, avoid being penalized and everything else could be improved over time,
Usually, it would take you at least 3-6 months to start getting any decent amount of traffic & ranking, just be patient and follow a plan

It happens for new sites, Focus on improving content quality, ensuring it's valuable and relevant, and building high-quality backlinks to enhance authority.

All new websites go to sandbox first. Building quality relevant backlinks can get you out of sanbox faster. I have the same situation. My site is 3 months old and still not ranking. I target local keyword with very weak competition. TOP 10 pages have no backlinks and poor on page seo but they have trust and age. I must wait half year and should beat them. You have to wait too.

You need SEO services to get traffic and ranking. You can do it yourself if you are an SEO expert otherwise you can hire someone who knows SEO well.

I think your site is on sandbox and it is normal for new websites. If needed you can check the Search console for the issues regarding the penalty. You can focus on publishing more quality articles with proper internal linking and optimize the site to load faster. Build quality backlinks from legit websites slowly and don't over do with exact match anchors.

Thank you very much! I initially thought the new site was in the sandbox, but Google released a core update on August 15th, so I can't be sure. Now, I am updating the content and building backlinks. Hopefully, I will see good changes in 2 months.

Thank you very much for your advice. Currently, I am continuing to update content and build backlinks.

Thank you very much for your advice. My competitors also rely on nearly 10 years of history to rank in the TOP 10. I can only stick to it.

Maybe its few jumps due to updates. Wait for a week or 2 weeks, then decide. If the traffic comes back then you no need to worry about it. If your website is not recovered even after 2 weeks then you need work on the site to improve its SEO

It's common to see it after a core update. I’d keep a close eye on backlink building to drive more authority. It's possible the core update hit your niche hard, but it could be just a timing issue where you’re waiting for better relevance signals to kick in.

I guess there is another reason. Two weeks after the new website went online, I rewrote the content of about 10 pages while keeping the URL unchanged. Because I think the content quality of these 10 pages is very low. Do you think this practice is also the reason for this result?

May be a Google core update. But I guess there is another reason. Two weeks after the new website went online, I rewrote the content of about 10 pages while keeping the URL unchanged. Google's core change may have had an influence on your site's performance, resulting in fewer clicks and a ranking fall. Concentrate on enhancing content quality, optimize the blogs title and meta description, user experience, and SEO best practices. Use Search Console to track specific page performance and make appropriate changes.
