New SEO client has page content in iframes

New SEO client has page content in iframes in the middle of a round graphic.

Any suggestions on the best way to de-frame the site so that the content is SE friendly?

FYI - In addition to main page CSS, individual pages that appear in the iframes have their own CSS page. I guess I would have to combine the main CSS and the iframe CSS pages - OR is there a way to assign the iframe CSS to a <div> within a page that refers to a main CSS?
