New Section - Online Reputation Management

I typically set up my own sites. ClientNameReviews.com, install WP, 1-3 stars goes to a review form so the owner can deal with the review and 4-5 star redirects wherever we want it to go, Yelp, G+, etc.

Hey

I know this is a mega old thread.

But you seem the man to ask.

Any articles on learning ORM or more about ORMyou would recommend ?

Definitely an old thread! It depends on what you're doing. You responded to a review thread. If I were starting out doing reviews, I would white label an existing platform.

This is what I've been doing too, works very well and helps mitigate negative reviews with negative reviews being directed to an internal feedback page.

On another note, would it be against customer privacy if we posted a before and after image of someones car (car detailing industry) to prove that work was in fact done, given that number plate was removed?

We have incorporated before and after pics in our system to tackle negative reviews, but have yet to use them. Thinking forward, would this work?

I am so excited after reading online reputation management article in BHW Because I'm studying Online reputation management (ORM) Services. I Really Thankful to BHW adding this section, I'm sure I have to get more and more questions clear from this post.

Thanks & Regards
