New rank for veterans

Maybe it's worth to make new rank for veterans, like 5-10 years accounts. We are staying here for 10 or more years and we are not different than users who have created account 2 months ago and made some JR. VIP.

I am not Elite Member, Power Member, or JR.Ex (not contributed any great value, sorry) but I am still here like hundreds of users who are here for more than decade. It would be nice to get additional bar with "Veteran" or "The Elder" or something like this.

Moderators and admin have additinal titles:P why not we?:)


If my idea is bad, let it die ;)

i have been a member for a while and i don't feel like it's an achievement

titles and ranks should be earned like exec, not handed out because you have been a member for a while

I respect your opinion, but your 8 years or my 10 years isn't "a while" :p Exec is very nice but you need to contribute a lot for free, most of users not deserve for this and can destroy any method ;)

It's not a bad idea but I don't really care about titles on here. I'm just here to learn and laugh a little.

Like me, I am not saying it's super important, extra duper must have feature. It would be nice from BHW to appreciate our time spent with the community. Nothing more and signal for new JR.VIPs and their clients - "Your rank is not everything" ;)
 
I don't think a rank is necessary, we can already see if you're new or old with your inscription date posted on each of your message, so.. not worth to add another layer

While it's a nice idea, I prefer users being rewarded for their activity and contributions to this forum rather than how long they've been here. A lot of newbies here already find the current badges confusing. I can already foresee the increase in shit list threads titled, "Scammed by Elder user - He had an elder badge, I thought he was trustworthy".

Still, while it's not up to me, maybe a little something for those of you with x,xxx post counts and 10+ years would be nice.

Definitely the addition of post count as well would be better because there are tonnes of very old accounts with hardly any contributions I’m sure.
