Got my newbie teating account domain blocked. When opening new account should I use new clean browser, should I use US gmail and this sort of questions. I would be gratefull if someone can shed some light on newbie start so one not loose too much time in the beginning. Thank you!

Ouch, that sucks! Honestly, I'd say a fresh browser and a US-based email are good starting points to minimize any red flags from the get-go.
 
I had a Pinterest account suspended, I created another one with same browser and ip.

If youre using a testing account you should use at least incognito mode or a browser that cant be detected, preferrably proxy sites or VPN that could mask your IP address.
 
Yes you need to clean your all over history and use to create new mail id with VPN use you can use any free VPN for this then try this process will help you.

if your previous account is blocked, Pinterest will blacklist all information related to this account (IP address, browser fingerprint, gmail, website, ect). You should use clean IP address (proxy can help you), new browser (VPS, antidetect browser or new device, new Chrome profile can help you), new Gmail account. Yes, definitely start fresh, use a clean browser or new profile, a new Gmail (US-based if needed), and avoid reusing anything linked to the blocked account. Small steps like these can make a big difference. Also avoid the previous mistakes.

No, it is more than a year now.
Also, I am using VPN most of the time. So, that is not an issue either.
Probably the reason for suspension matters.

P.s, I have a concern when we discuss these issues publicly, it may cause those platforms to be more strict. As they monitor everything out there.

Yes good option using VPN you use free or paid version for this

yes this platforms strict about your wording we need to use accurate word here without any issues.

Both free and paid but premium vpns provide better security.
 
Start fresh with a new email, clean browser, and different IP to reduce the chance of getting flagged again.
 
fresh environment: use an antidetect browser like multilogin/hidemyacc/gologin
fresh gmail: any location is fine as long as it’s valid.
fresh ip: go with residential or mobile ipv4 proxies.
