Yeah, PayPal is different in each jurisdictions so I'm not sure how things work in Europe. Your best bet is to create a new company and use completely different information to create a new PayPal account or just ditch PayPal completely and use an off-brand merchant services. They usually offer cheaper rate. But you won't get much sales without PayPal since most customers would want to pay with PayPal.

I personally have permanent limited account with my ID provided in the past but I created a new account and I provided same ID and it has been up and running for years to this day. As long as you use everything different, you can use same name.

Yes, I manage many business accounts. I won't mention how many but usually if you call PayPal business representative and tell them about what you're going to do with your account and register PayPal account together with a representative on the phone call, they'll treat you well. I recommend doing this if you're pulling a high revenue.Sounds good

My second PayPal Account got banned quite recently. Now I am wondering, will it work if I create a third PayPal business account with a new Bank account, a new phone number, new website, new IP but the same company?
Will PayPal check if the company already had a PayPal account? E.g. when I have to upload business documents?
