Hi, my old Paypal got limited after receiving $2000 last year and I'm in the process of getting it verified.
Now I just setup a new Paypal account as I need to get paid $1200 on Monday.

But I need to know will it get limited (and not let me send my money) if I receive this all in one lump? Can't get it in smaller sums and don't have a bank/cc to link to it.

Maybe I should invest in a VCC or VBA but can't find a good site that will take payment via Paypal..
    Any insight or advice appreciated!

On fresh paypal you dont want to transfer all huge lump sum can trigger flags and get you limited fast. I would say under $300 each time you would be fine from my experience.

The thing is, I'm getting paid off a reputable website and I need to get it all at once. So yeah I'll verify it and do what I can. But if it does get limited, will I ever get my money back? Can I prove identification with the same ID on 2 Paypal accounts?

Unless you provide verification info like proof of address and bank account info, paypal will usually start limiting the account once transactions hit 4 figures

By the book you can have only one personal account and one business account, you can't have two personal accounts verified with the same ID, utility bills, bank accounts or cards.

If you're in the process of getting your old account verified, then wait for that, it shouldn't take long and tell the website to withhold your payment until it's done. Normally you can receive payments to a limited account though, after your verified the account, they lift the limitation and you should be able to access the money. If for any reason, you can't verify the account and you received the payment, you can simply refund it and ask the website to send again somewhere else.

I wouldn't touch your new PayPal. I'm guessing you didn't pay attention to ips, cookies, when you created the new one, so it's already linked to the old one, which - depending on what do you do with them - can be a reason for limitation.

What other payment options does the site have? Wire, cheque, Payoneer? Everything would be better than fucking around with two PayPal accounts. With an amount like this it's a 100% certainty, that you will get limited with an unverified account.

base on my experience you need an aged account to receive that type of money or an established paypal seller account.

Hey guys I have a second Payment coming that's only $540 - If I verify the new Paypal account with vba & vcc should it be okay with that?

My old account was limited because I reached the 2k limit for unverified accounts. I also have another Paypal account about half a year old that I forgot about, has no activity but might use that account instead. Thanks for your help guys! :)
