Curious to see what everybody’s opinion is on a new eBay/PayPal seller account compared to one with the same limits but aged with feedback and transactions. The aged account would be worth more correct? What is the going rate for an eBay/PayPal seller account with limits of 1k/25k? New or aged?

aged is better, value depends on where you sell it, your reputation as a seller, etc.

Aged is better, however You can create new account and age it Yourself. The best thing about new acc - You will be able to create it on Your name and You will have all documents on Your possession. Give the acc time and here You go - aged acc. Legal is better most of the time! Good luck.

YES you can. You have to do it properly and You can have any amount of accs on Your name. There are many people with the same name as You, it would be dumb if eBay started to ban people by same names lol. Change the info, make it look like u are different person thats it.

Probably not, it might flag up.
NO it won't if done correctly. Either way if they do, they wont just flag. If accs are linked and one of them gets banned, every linked acc gets banned. If they link up ur acc with already banned one - instant ban.
