This looks good but there are already some services that offer live tv streaming via your mobile phone for free.

What I see that's going to cost the person using this app/system is the download charges or internet charges from your mobile/cell phone. I guess, even the free services is flawed in that regard.

Unless, of course you've got yourself a good monthly plan with a high/unlimited download.

Mobiles is kind of like what internet was when the internet access used to be expensive. In time, mobile internet charges will lessen as more and more users use their phones as a (mobile rather than desktop) computer.

Looks interesting but bandwidth was something that bothered me too. Even an unlimited data tarif would have a fair use policy of 1gb or so per month.
