New Method - Promote Traffic to your site + more sales/leads

This idea just hit me after remembering how scared I was when I first torrented a program when I was just 10 and it had a pop-up saying it was torrented and it wanted me to buy the software otherwise I would face legal prosectuion


Well - Apply this concept now.

My theory is to make several audio files similar to name & size of current songs frequently searched on the nuttela network and just have your own voice recording saying something along the lines of

"You have downloaded a audio file which infringes upon the intellectual rights of _blah_. Your IP has been recorded and a subpoena will be filed against your ISP for your personal information so we can file a lawsuit (Just an example, be clever) Unless you purchase this or sign up for this at http://www.whatever.com


I think it's a good concept and with a bit of work it can really be concentrated to be extremely effective to the huge population of people on the Nutella network that mindlessly torrent their favorite songs. simply replace these songs with your audio file and voila...let your traffic flow in from kids in fear of being sued

Might work, but then again it might not! try it out and see if it works.

I can imagine most users would be privvy to it, but alot won't!

I don't think you will get many conversions. The user will most likely drop the files, and even if they do go through your link, torrent traffic doesn't really convert well. I think you should give it a go with email submits or any other cpa offer that doesn't require payment.

Be careful, this has been done, and the company had the Big MS file a lawsuit over it.

If they are truly looking for this method its not worth the legal shit.
