    Do you remove such sites?
For example, when using AMR, there would definitely be a chunk of article sites with the output message, "Not Accepting Articles"....
or when you're using Senukex's Forum Profile creation, there will definitely be sites that state, "New Membership Accounts are not accepted".

Do you remove/blacklist them or keep them (assuming that they may accept new articles/members in future)?

AMR's 'not accepting articles' is one of the statements that you should blacklist if it's occurred several times. This is not a temporary site issue, this is a site 'policy' and so is unlikely to change. Make a habit of outputting all the failed directories once a month for 5-6 submissions and look for the ones that continually fail, and then blacklist these.

Sorry, I don't use SENuke, but this sounds similar.

I always keep them, sometimes they will open submissions based on experience, but for senuke forum profiles, I discarded forums like that, waste of time and backlinks produced from profiles are not that really good.

I personally dont use Senuke myself but with AMR, I just blacklist the sites which are not accepting articles.

What is the point in even keeping them in your list...:D
