Does anyone know if in new jersey you can have 1 llc and have multi EINs under it?

I am looking to do this so i can make multi EPN accounts.

any other advice would be helpful

Yes, the 1 corporation -> multiple DBAs -> multiple EINs has been discussed here before.

EINs are assigned by the IRS, which is a federal agency, so the state has no control over that.

You can have many DBAs under either your own personal name or your corp name, all of which can have their own EIN.

Employer Identification Number (EIN) = Federal Tax Identification Number State has no part

i must have been tired when i typed this.. forgeting that ein is federal.. but thanks for the info on being able to have multiple EINs for 1 llc
